  • We are not told anything about Daniel from the age of 19 until the age of 55.
  • Daniel had a profound faith in God as did Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
  • Even in the face of being taken captive to a hostile land, they do well.
  • Daniel has a heart for God and His people, we see this in his prayer in Ch 9.
  • God used Daniel to reveal prophecies of future events in Israel's future.
  • God reveals the time when Jesus would enter the creation. (part of the 70 sevens)
  • We can see that God used Daniel well into his old age. God is not done with us until He is done.
